No. ps999 allows one account per person. Duplicate accounts are against the Terms and Conditions and result in all associated accounts being closed with balances forfeited. If you've lost access to an old account, contact support instead of registering a new one.

Use the "Forgot password?" option on the Login page. You'll receive a reset link or OTP to your registered mobile or email. If you no longer have access to your registered contact details, reach out to the ps999 support team directly with your account information so they can verify your identity.

Account contact detail changes are handled through the account settings panel after login. Changing your registered mobile number or email will trigger a verification step to confirm the new contact detail is under your control. If you have trouble completing this, contact support.

Accounts can be locked after multiple failed login attempts, during an account review, or if you've activated a time-out or self-exclusion. Deposits

ps999 supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit card, credit card and other mobile wallets for PKR deposits. No. ps999 does not accept third-party deposits. The payment method used must be registered in the same name as your ps999 account. Third-party deposits may be reversed and the associated account may be suspended. This rule applies to all deposit methods without exception.

Withdrawals
